Milwaukee Avionics and Instruments (MAI), offers diversified repair
services such as:
Unlimited instrument repair capability:
- Class 1 Instruments - Mechanical: tachometers, airspeed
indicators, pressure gauges, magnetic compasses, altimeter and
other mechanical driven instruments.
- Class 2 Instruments - Electrical: self synchronous and
electrical indicating instruments including but not limited to HSI,
ADI, RMI, and cylinder head temp gauges.
- Class 3 Instruments - Gyroscopic: vertical gyros, directional
gyros, gyrosyn compasses, turn and bank instruments, etc.
- Class 4 Instruments - Electronic: fuel quantity, fuel flow,
amplifiers, engine analyzers, etc.
Unlimited radio/navigation repair
capability:
- Class 1 radio - Communication: VHF, HF, interphone, audio amp,
radio altimeters, etc.
- Class 2 radio - Navigation: DME, VOR, LOC, etc.
- Class 3 radio - Radar: RADAR transceivers and indicators:
Altimeter/Transponder recertification
MAI has the capability to recertify your non-RVSM aircraft, 24
month altimeter and transponder systems per FAR Part 43 Appendix E
and F.
Limited Airframe Rating:
This rating provides the capability for major and minor airframe
related repairs and alterations:
- MAI has Limited Airframe Rating for
- Beechcraft 300 series aircraft and
- Shorts SD3-30 and SD3-60 aircraft.
- MAI has Limited Power Plant Rating.
