Aircraft and Pilots Head Home

After being detained in the Dominican Republic since December 2,
2010 Air Cargo Carriers, LLC is pleased to announce that pilots
Kevin Kuranz and Christopher Schmidt have been released and are on
their way home. No charges had ever been filed against either of
the pilots. James Germek, owner of Air Cargo Carriers, LLC has been
in the Dominican Republic along with family members of the pilots
to provide assistance and support. Steve Altnau, Director of
Operations with Air Cargo stated "We are thrilled with the outcome
of the hearing yesterday and are looking forward to having our
pilots back home".
Air Cargo Carriers, LLC will continue to cooperate fully with the
United States and Dominican authorities in the investigation of the
narcotics found on a company operated cargo aircraft.
