ACC Holding, Inc. Acquired The Telford Group, Inc.

ACC Holding, Inc. of Milwaukee (Wisconsin) has acquired The Telford Group, Inc., headquartered in Bangor, Maine.  ACC was founded in 1986 by Jim Germek.  ACC Holding, Inc. specializes in scheduled air cargo operations, aircraft integration, maintenance, overhaul and parts sales.  The Telford Group has had strong performance over the past 12 quarters and is fully expected to remain so as both companies are well positioned in stable market segments.  

Although there will be some consolidation of efforts, ACC Holding's President, Jim Hoffman, is optimistic about the synergy between the two firms. "We will continue to pursue our aggressive growth strategy to maximize performance for the combined operations", he said.
